Will is the founder of Tungsten Projects. He specialises in lighting design and systems for theatre and live performance events as well as production and event management. Will graduated Toi Whakaari in 2018 with a Bachelors in Performing Arts (Management).

Sam is the other half of Tungsten Projects who oversees the equipment and maintenance side of the business, with a passion for technical solutions across a range of areas and a love for being on tools as well as behind a screen. Sam graduated from Toi Whakaari in 2016 with a Bachelors in Performing Arts (Management).

Ashley oversees the day to day operations of Tungsten Projects. Ashley graduated Toi Whakaari in 2017 with a Bachelors in Performing Arts (Management). She specialises in stage and event management for theatre, dance and other live events.

Mitch is the latest addition to the Tungsten Projects team. He enjoys live events, theatre, and spending time behind a lighting console. As part of his role, Mitch looks after the Technical Management of Circa Theatre. He is the only member of the company to be born in the 21st Century and graduated Toi Whakaari with a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Management) in 2023.
